ONLINE ORDERING OPTIMIZATION

Client: Bloomin’ Brands / Outback Steakhouse

Bloomin’ had an existing visual design prototype for an overhaul of Outback’s online ordering systems. I created a model of the online ordering process, identified gaps in the current prototype, and completed that backlog of missing screens.

  • Performed a gap analysis of the existing online ordering prototype and documented any missing or visually implied functionality

  • Fully modeled the new ordering process and all its interactions
