Bloomin’ had an existing visual design prototype for an overhaul of Outback’s online ordering systems. I created a model of the online ordering process, identified gaps in the current prototype, and completed that backlog of missing screens.
Performed a gap analysis of the existing online ordering prototype and documented any missing or visually implied functionality
Fully modeled the new ordering process and all its interactions
Worked against the backlog of needed visual design updates to fill remaining gaps
